For ALL Items:
Bud Country will not accept any used items for return, or refund. If there is an issue with your item, do not use it! Please visually inspect all items before use! Used items will not be refunded, and we cannot ship the item back to you under any circumstance. You, as the customer, must also conform with all local laws. Do not place an order if you are unable to possess the product legally. Bud Country will not be held legally or financially responsible for your failure to comply with the law.
Broken, malfunctioning, or incorrect product:
Bud Country strives for A+ service, which can be rare in the online headshop industry. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged during shipment, is incorrect, or malfunctioning please contact us at email@example.com within 24 hours! Please provide your order number, as well as 3-4 photos that clearly show the damaged item AND the packaging. Once your return is approved, Bud Country will provide you with a replacement at no cost.
With glass items, please remember that your replacement may differ in coloration/exact design, due to the nature of artist produced glass. No two items are ever exactly alike.
In the event Bud Country asks that you send the item back due to a broken, malfunctioning, or incorrect product, we will provide you with a free prepaid shipping label once we receive the item.
We understand that plans change, and you may want to return an item you purchased from us. For an elective return, please email us with a good photo of the item in its current condition, along with the reason for the return within 7 days of purchase.
We will then contact you with permission to send the item back. The item(s) must be packaged so that they will not be damaged during shipping- damaged items will not be refunded/returned. After the item arrives, we will perform an inspection of the item to ensure it is in original condition. If the return receives final approval, you will be issued a return to only your original payment method minus any shipping and restocking fees.
We do not accept returns on used or customer damaged items. Non Heady domestic items returned due to customer preference will incur a 15% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Original Bud Country. Original shipping charges and fees are not refundable.
We currently do not accept exchanges due to preference, so please make sure to order exactly what you want. However, Bud Country is growing every day, so we may offer hassle free exchanges in the future.
In the event that Original Bud Country and the customer mutually agree to a refund for an item, your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days of agreement, or within 2-3 business days after receipt of the item in the event of a return. Allow 1 full business week for the refund to show up in your payment source. We do not offer partial refunds.
